With thread lifting in Munich, we offer you a minimally invasive method of skin tightening that does not require a scalpel but still delivers impressive results. Over the years, the skin loses elasticity. The natural breakdown of collagen and gravity cause contours to blur – especially in the lower face. Thread lifting without hooks can specifically counteract this: By inserting absorbable threads, the skin is not only lifted mechanically, but the body’s own collagen production is stimulated at the same time – for a lasting lift from within.
During the treatment, we insert special, self-dissolving threads into the subcutaneous fatty tissue using a fine cannula. The threads anchor themselves in the tissue, gently pull it upwards and ensure a firmer appearance. The result is immediately visible – and continues to improve over the following weeks thanks to the biological collagen build-up. The threads dissolve completely after around 18 months. The effect remains visible for much longer.

We usually reserve about 30 minutes for you for the initial consultation or examination. By law, doctors are not permitted to offer an initial consultation free of charge, as all medical services must be billed. The fees for an initial consultation are between 60 and 80 euros according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ).
Invoices for medically necessary services are issued in accordance with the GOÄ. Aesthetic treatments are also invoiced on the basis of this scale of fees, but including 19% VAT. As part of the initial examination or initial consultation, we will clarify whether it is a medically necessary service or an aesthetic service that is subject to VAT.
