We usually reserve about 30 minutes for you for the initial consultation or examination. By law, doctors are not permitted to offer an initial consultation free of charge, as all medical services must be billed. The fees for an initial consultation are between 60 and 80 euros according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ).
Invoices for medically necessary services are issued in accordance with the GOÄ. Aesthetic treatments are also invoiced on the basis of this scale of fees, but including 19% VAT. As part of the initial examination or initial consultation, we will clarify whether it is a medically necessary service or an aesthetic service that is subject to VAT.

With this method, we inject foamed polidocanol directly into the affected vessels using ultra-fine microneedles. The foam optimally displaces the blood, has a targeted effect on the inner wall of the vein and permanently seals the spider veins. In most cases, compression stockings are not necessary and sports activities can be resumed quickly.
Targeted laser light is aimed at the affected vessels and absorbed by the red blood cells. These swell and close the vein. The method is particularly suitable for small spider veins and does not require injections, bandages or compression - a pleasant cool air technology also soothes the skin during the treatment.
