Targeted light pulses for gentle splitting of color pigments

Method & effect

Laser tattoo removal is performed with the PicoSure® laser, a powerful picosecond laser. This generates ultra-short light pulses that break up the color pigments into tiny particles – comparable to sand. These can then be broken down by the body via the lymphatic system.
