What is HydraFacial®?

HydraFacial® is a highly developed, non-invasive cosmetic treatment that combines several steps in just one session: skin exfoliation, deep cleansing, hydration and protection with valuable active ingredients. Thanks to the patented Vortex technology, it is particularly gentle and effective – even on sensitive skin.

Aftercare & skin regeneration

No downtime is usually required after a HydraFacial® treatment. Your skin may appear slightly reddened or taut immediately afterwards – this usually subsides within a few hours.

To ensure that the effect lasts as long as possible, we recommend

  • Avoid make-up on the day of treatment
  • Use sun protection consistently in the following days
  • Avoid irritating products (e.g. peelings, retinol) for 2-3 days depending on skin type for some time
  • Continue skincare according to the recommendations of our specialist beauticians

Alternatives & combined treatments

HydraFacial® is ideal as a preparation or supplement to other dermatological treatments such as PRP (“vampire lifting”), microneedling or Zaffiro®. The effect of subsequent treatments can be intensified and skin regeneration specifically supported thanks to the deep pore cleansing and improved absorption of active ingredients.

Initial consultation/examination

We usually reserve about 30 minutes for you for the initial consultation or examination. By law, doctors are not permitted to offer an initial consultation free of charge, as all medical services must be billed. The fees for an initial consultation are between 60 and 80 euros according to the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ).

Billing

Invoices for medically necessary services are issued in accordance with the GOÄ. Aesthetic treatments are also invoiced on the basis of this scale of fees, but including 19% VAT. As part of the initial examination or initial consultation, we will clarify whether it is a medically necessary service or an aesthetic service that is subject to VAT.
